NEGB’s mission is to address visual blight through graffiti and trash removal and landscaping services that create jobs for underserved individuals and supply wraparound employment training and opportunities as well as other social services that address the needs of low income and working class residents in Los Angeles County.

Our History
Established in 2001, NEGB boasts nearly two decades of professional expertise in graffiti removal and other vital services that address the aesthetic appeal of our communities. NEGB was specifically created to combat visual blight responding promptly to community concerns. Over the years, NEGB has achieved remarkable success in significantly reducing graffiti, resulting in safer communities. LAPD acknowledges that graffiti serves as a means of communication for gangs by using coded messages. However, our rapid response time of removing graffiti within 24-48 hours has played a crucial role in drastically reducing gang-related crime. Initially focused on Council District 7 in Pacoima, NEGB's exceptional service, dedication to work standards, and active community involvement have propelled our expansion into other parts of the City and County of Los Angeles.
